Formwork Design

Subject: Building Construction 2

Title: Formwork model

1st steps: foundation preparation(with nails)
thats stump after taking off their formwork
2nd steps: ground beam formwork +collar cliq
with reinforcements and spacers using hammer to hold and maintain the height of the formwork
3rd steps: pouring cements
4th steps: wait for it to be harden

owkay, lets have a tiny break 1st...mmmm mmmm....yummy~

5th steps: floor slabs formwork!

6th steps: stairs formwork while waiting for cement to be harden.
smoothest cement mixture :)
after harden, that is the detailing on the collumn's reinforcement

7th steps: spacers sticking around the reinforcement so that the steel wire would not touch the side in the formwork

then continue by 1st and 2nd floor beam, slabs, columns n other formworks...

This is the most time consuming, assignment I ever had which takes around 3 weeks to complete it. It does need certain skills and technique to make it work, and YES,WE DID IT! :)
