A conceptual model refering to Malaysia's Iconic building, The National Mosque. According to our research, The National Mosque were being built with the pride of an umbrella. An umbrella doesn't only provide shades, it give protection to its master, a loyal guard for Sultan where it follows and prevent the king from hot sun. It is different from any other mosque that we could see because you cant find any dome from the building. It is purely geometrical shapes, including the motives around the buildings as well.
This model were built base on the repetitive form of the main roof which looks like an umbrella. details is being noted to form a triangular shape of the umbrella especially the inner part of the model. Perspex were being use in order to show the detail of the carvings and folded pyramids.
